Marcus Ernst & Xavier Moore (Owners)
Marcus and Xavier met in college at Malone University, where they both played sports and learned the value of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. Those same principles guide the way they run Northeast Ohio Commercial Cleaning today — with integrity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence in everything they do.
What started as a shared vision has grown into a company built on hard work, strong values, and a passion for serving the local community. Marcus and Xavier take pride in being hands-on owners who care deeply about their customers, their team, and the people they serve every day.

Matt Loose (Regional Manager)
Matt Loose serves as the Regional Manager for Northeast Ohio Commercial Cleaning. Known for his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, Matt plays a vital role in maintaining our high standards of service. He oversees day-to-day operations, checks in regularly with clients, and ensures that every job site is running smoothly and efficiently.
Matt takes great pride in building lasting relationships with our customers and making sure their needs are always met. His dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care for both our clients and team members make him an essential part of our company’s success.
Jacob Ernst (Marketing Specialist)
Jacob Ernst is the Marketing Specialist for Northeast Ohio Commercial Cleaning. Currently a student at Malone University, Jacob is double majoring in Accounting and Marketing while also playing on the university’s basketball team. His drive, discipline, and leadership both on and off the court translate directly into the energy he brings to our company.
Jacob manages all of our marketing efforts — from social media and digital content to community outreach, mailers, and customer communications. His creativity and commitment to helping our business grow make him an invaluable part of the team.
